Shadow Fax - Retirn pickup

Hello ,
Twice my pickup was scheduled with shadow fax . Its always assigned to same pick up man but he refuses to pick up saying packet is too big i cant pick up . He do not even come to my place directly says no on the phone .
I asked him i will remove the box so that it wont be too big but he disconnected and now not answering. I am extremely pissed
