Shadow Fax - Delivery boy not delivering updating wrong status

Hi im Harsh gupta I have ordered from ajio.com and it has its delivery partner shadowfax with order tracking id SF*********AJI. I have order two orders one was delivered by express bees on time and my shadow fax delivery partner of ajio is not able to deliver due to some arrogance or negligence of delivery boy and is updating wrong status that the customer is not available or not contactable whereas I’m eager to receive my order. So how it started: on **th june,** Sunday afternoon no one was at home and i got a call from delivery boy and he told me no one is at home so I’m keeping the courier outside your house and give me otp recieved by you on which I refused and told him to deliver it next day as no one could receive the package. On this he told me that then i need to come to their courier company office to collect the order on which i again refused that it is their duty to deliver so he replied then i will see when it will get delivered definately not tomorrow. So after then i am regularly getting messages that my shipment is out for delivery and till evening it shows couldn’t contact or deliver. I am very much surprised why that delivery guy is doing this to my order just because I refused him to not to keep courier outside of my house. Also on **th jun i called that delivery guy after receiving message that my package is out for delivery with the delivery boy number on it and told him that I’m waiting for my courier please deliver it on which he replied ok and still didn’t delivered it.
I really want shadow fax to look into it and why this delivery boy is not delivering my package.
