- Rescheduling refund not given by travel site Open
I, Rachit Agarwal, booked an online return e-ticket ID ****************** Budapest-Delhi from happyeasygo.com with onward travel date **/**/**** and return date **/**/**** from Alitalia airlines (PNR VPXROC). The ticket was free rescheduling for which I paid extra money. however due to corona virus lockdown all the flights were cancelled but I never got the intimation from the airlines and happyeasygo also gave no intimation.
I nevertheless contacted HEG and made online request of rescheduling which allowed only entry of new dates. after * days of regular reminding I recd email for giving new flight details which I gave ** hours before departure time against their requirement of ** hours. thereafter I have written numerous emails but they are not replying. HEG was contacted on **/**/**** on tel no. *********** when Mr lokesh responded by saying that they have sent me email on **/** which I never recd, he said that I will recieve mail in *-* hours but it never happened. All along they are telling gross lies.
(*) either they never booked the ticket, otherwise I should have recd cancellation info from the airlines itself.
(*) They intend to pocket the refund amount of *****.** .
they have done this to many passengers as per the details available in website trustpilot.com.
