I had booked my tickets for flight & it got cancelled due to some technical issues from arilines side. When I called for refund, HappyEasyGo customer care executive told me they will be processing partial refund now & rest of it will be processed once airline clears that. Airlines settled the fare but HappyEasyGo didn't processed remaining refund yet. It's been more than * years am tyring to reach them but they are just asking for *-** days everytime I call them. I also opted for free cancellation while making this booking but still don't understand on what basis they are still not releasing my remaining refund.
