I cancelled a two-way flight ticket booked through www.happyyeasygo.com as it is rescheduled by airline by more than three hours. So, the airline refunded the entire amount to this agency on ** September **** and that on * November ****.
However, in turn, the amount is not credited to my account till date even after a month's time.
I have been calling this agency, but no luck.
Please expedite resolution of the concern and arrange to credit the amount.
