I have been using act for more than a year. Now as I am trying to switch to some other provider. I have requested the Act team to take my request for complete disconnection. It's been a week I don't hear anything from act. I have placed the disconnection request on *th July **** and till date no response from them.
Unnecessary they are keeping my connection active to simply charge me.
