The internet faced disruptions on December *, ****, due to the cyclone. As a result of the network being unavailable, we were only able to report the issue on December *, ****. However, the internet has not been restored yet. Despite reaching out to customer care, we have received no response. Every day, the estimated time for rectification keeps changing, and there has been no feedback from the escalation team. Given that we are all working from home, the situation has compelled us to travel to friends' and neighbors' places in search of internet access.
