LG Electronics - Request for Resolution Timeline on On Off Chime Tone Issue after LG ThinQ App Update

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unresolved issue with my LG ThinQ app and LG device (model JW-Q**WUZA). Despite numerous attempts to resolve the matter through LG's customer support, my issue remains unaddressed. Issue Summary: Following an automatic update to the LG ThinQ app on May **, ****, the on/off chime tone on my device was disabled. This appears to be a firmware-related issue, not a hardware problem. Despite my repeated requests for a firmware specialist to address the issue, LG has continually redirected me to general service centres and an unresponsive Service Area Manager, Mr. Rohit Verma. Details of My Attempts to Resolve the Issue: Device Model: JW-Q**WUZA LG ThinQ App Version: Updated on ** May **** Mobile Phone: Samsung Galaxy M**, Android ** Escalation Number: VCP************_** Despite explaining the nature of the problem and the need for specialized attention, LG's support has been inadequate and unresponsive. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. Unresolved Responses from LG: Advised a chargeable home visit by an engineer, which is unnecessary given the firmware nature of the problem. Forwarded the issue to the Area Service Center and Mr. Rohit Verma, who has not responded to my communications. I have exhausted all available avenues with LG's support and have not received a satisfactory resolution. Therefore, I am seeking assistance through the government grievance portal to escalate this issue and ensure it is resolved promptly. I request that LG provide immediate and specialized support to fix this firmware issue without further delay. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a swift and satisfactory resolution.
