I was promised that I’ll get my reports within *-* hours after my rt-pcr test was done but its been more than ** hours and I haven’t received it yet and moreover the customer care executives and hanging up the call while I’m asking about the status of the reports.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
