apollo diagnostics - Reports not provided

I got my Grandfather test done for Beta-D Glucan, and Galactomannan on **nd October **** in Gurugram PCC of Apollo DIagnostics. My grandfather is suffering from skull base Osteomyelitis, a really rare disease. These are fungal marker tests. We were promised reports (Beta-D Glucan on **rd October) and (Galactomannan on **th October ****). Today is October **th, and no test reports have been given. Agent doesen't know aything. Apollo Diagnostics does not respond to messages on chat support. While calling at customer service, they put us on long hold and then cut the call. This is really serious as we need the reports to diagnose if its fungal based or tubercular . Please help us get the reports at the earliest. Thanks Videep Singhal
