Sample collected at Varthur Branch
Date of Sample *th Oct ****.
Test conducted HB*AC with result *.* which indicated diabetic.
Since I dint had related symptoms repeat test conducted as delow.
Date of test *th Oct **** at thyrocare with result as *.*
Date of test *th Oct **** at Manipal Hospital with result as *.*.
Based on my complaint apollow retested the sample which was given on *th Oct which resulted into *.*.
Concerned Doctor called me accepting error in report and provided just apology.
