I ought to receive a replacement product from Image marketing through Xpressbees. The product is showing "SHORTAGE" for quite some time in xpreesbees tracking site. I have contacted both Xpressbees and boat customer care service but they just ask me to contact the other party i.e. boat ask me to contact xpressbees and vice-versa. Boat Complaint Number Is :******* and the Shipment Id Is :************* .
Please look into this matter.
