- Replacement of the laptop Closed
I would seriously come to my point i.e. i made a purchase of a hp laptop whose serial number is *cd***kjkg which is a hp pavilion series a gaming laptop with ryzen * on sunday evening at * p.m. and this laptop was booted once for the startup only at the store and another boot on the next day morning. It was not the ** hours completed i saw a white bright spot in my laptop's display in the left bottom of the screen and immediately i called the assisted number of hp and they registered my complaint with a case if - ********** and i purchased this laptop on ** sept and my complaint was registered ** sept evening. So after this I was assigned an engineer whose name is paras and he came to me the day before yesterday in the noon to diagnose my product and he confirmed the problem and he reported it to the head. So at first calling to hp support they registered my complaint under doa i.e. damage on arrival and the defect was a manufacturer defect and they told me that the engineer assigned would give me a letter of doa by which i could replace my product so at that i was not given a letter regarding doa but rather with a job sheet. My problem is that the engineer's head refused to give me a proper replacement and told me that there is not such a problem for replacement of my product. I made this purchase for rs ***** for these silly service center answers and a white bright spot which would surely grow afterwards and cause major damage to my laptop. This such case was registered a year ago of a person named amber gupta to which the service center too refused to replace but after that he went to the media for the justice and he got the justice too by speaking it to cnbc awaaz and aajtak news reporting centers and within * days he got the full replacement of his laptop. The only thing is the company knows how to sell their premium laptops but not to give them a good service. That case was the same as mine and I should also follow him to get such justice. I should move forward to the consumer complaint section for the replacement of my laptop . I belong to a middle class family and could not afford such high machines again and again and my only request from the service center and the entire team to kindly give due respect to my request and approve it as soon as possible. I made this purchase from the local dealer named webstudio in yamunanagar ******, haryana. kindly give concern to my request.
