I hearby bring to your kind notice that we have purchased the LG refrigerator, Fridge Model number: GLS***SPZY SHNY STL * S (*** L) on **th of March **** at Infiniti Retail Limited Trading as Croma located in Tambaram Sanatorium, Chennai-*** *** faced a problem in the mid of December and January in cooling and the heavy sound.. LG people had visited and rectified that.
Complaint no. RNP************ / **th Feb.
Again, we are facing this issues immediately and we are seeing to adjust the settings but it didn't work out. So we have raised the complaint again with the same heavy noise and the cooling issue.
LG service guys visited and said that duct and the other items are not working properly and those have to be replaced.

We are seeking for Replacement. We are facing lot of troubles within the first year itself and we are losing lot of money like daily usage and basic needs like milk, curd, batter, end even can't store vegetables or fruits due to this issues. If this issues continues it will not be acceptable to continue.
Pls replace the fridge as soon as possible for smoother operation
