I have a Samsung ** inch led tv purchased in October ****. This year in July I raised a complaint about the TV speaker as the sound was very low and distorted. They replaced the speaker, I paid ****, **** for speaker and rest service charges and GST. The same problem began after a month they again replaced the same thing, I had to pay **** approx rupees again as service charges because the replaced part has a * months warranty. Again the same problem happened just after * weeks Initially the sound gets too low and later it gets distorted. They have replaced it thrice in * months and again the same issue. Now they are asking me to pay again that **** rupees that too without any undertaking or assurance that it won't happen again or we will do something else to assure it. They have just solution that we will keep replacing the internal speaker and after every * months you will have to pay **** for the replacement. This will keep going for n number of times. It's the only help samsung is offering me.
