please be informed that I had purchased a videocon ** inch *k led tv through my bhst (uae) online, delivered on ** nov **** and registered a complaint on ** sept **** due to flickering and horizontal lines on tv screen, technician visited the site on ** Sep **** and informed that tv display pannel need to be changed, there after I contacted the customer care several times and received the same reply that parts are not available, besides this I contacted the nearest service centre at Kozhickode, they also did not have any idea about the availability of parts, since then almost * months passed without any response.
in view of the above please do the needful at the earlist.
