This is Aravind. I can't explain how much pressure I am going through right now.
Because very recently in October I purchased a brand new Daikin*.* ton AC. In the month of feb I started feeling low cooling and there was an error showing in the unit and it switched off. The Unit is also under warranty.And that's when I reached out to the service center. They have taken the unit and couldn't fix the issue. Till date it's been almost * months Im requesting for a replacement of AC ( indoor & Outdoor unit ). And when I reach out to the service center I'm not receiving a proper answer. Same applies on the toll free number. service center peoples say this issue with AC cannot be resolved so they have applied for replacement and waiting. I have recorded all the calls. And I'm extremely depressed about this issue since I also have an elderly person at home who needs this AC at this time. Since I have waited for * months, I'm requesting the AC to be replaced in a week.

The AC has not been working since **th July. Daikin customer support has been lying, putting me on hold for ~**min. They are not willing to help, they are giving phone numbers that are switched off or not responsing....
