Dear sir,
I Purchased Vivo V** pro model in the month of March ****. I phased a problem during using Bluetooth (Noisy voice during call) since same day. I visited the service center at Bharuch Gujrat. He did update my software but still my problem is not solved. After that he suggested to me that your handset Bluetooth is *.* version, so I have purchased a new earbud with Rs ****INR Bluetooth *.* version but still my problem is not solved. He tested all Bluetooth TWS and after that handset motherboard changed but still my problem was not solved. He was decided to replace my Mobile instead of my existing phone but according to him that model no. not available in company stock and no update about the availability for the same. After a long time, we had received a new replacement but still I faced the same issue in the new handset. These issues I am facing last * months but nobody provide to me permanent solution for the same. Again, I visited the new service center Seoni MP, and I told him to all previous concerns like motherboard changed and replacement but again they are tested with new process and again found the same issue. I visited the service center Seoni MP and they checked my mobile and the same problem was found. After that I submitted my handset for * hours for testing. They said that need to submit your mobile for * day for log installation.
I agreed for the same, but I demand alternative handset for * day. He was providing * handset, but that mobile battery was completely dead. Then I want a B-type USB cable for charging, but they are denied providing the USB cable.
Due to unavailability of USB cable, I'm denied submitting my handset.
At the time of Job sheet printing, they mentioned on this that I denied submitting handset but it's not correct. I told him to mention the remarks also that you are unable to provide USB cable that's why I refused to submit the handset, but they don't agree to mention this remark on the job sheet.
If I don't sign the paper, then I didn't get the job sheet, but I need the job sheet that's why I signed on this paper otherwise I don't do ever.

Your Seoni service center staff mentally not supporting to resolve the issue because it's a big issue on my Phone and already replacement done. They are suggesting again and again new methods for checking.
I am totally mentally and physically harassed by Vivo service.
I spent a total of ****Rs approximately for visiting the service center again and again and also I take a leave from my job due to the same.
Hence, I want to refund my amount so that Again I requesting him to please proceed to refund my amount or provide other Brand in same price because I'm unable to visit the service center again and again.
