This is mohammed Imran Ali, one of redme note ** pro customers. I have initiated grievance token twice at Xiaomi ind to register a Complaint Regarding Inadequate Support and Repair Delays. after repeated mails and calls at Xiaomi only further waiting is being suggested.
Whenever I called the executives weren't adequately address my concerns and repeatedly cited company policies without engaging in a meaningful discussion. My main issue is the extended *-** day repair timeline, *n **th of sep **** i have handed over my phone to xiaomi service center till today they havent repair and return my phone. considering that no standby phone is provided during this period. This delay significantly impacts my day-to-day activities, including banking and e-commerce tasks.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
