Xiaome Mi - Display related issue despite of many calls technician is not coming

I had called mi customer service executive many times for sending technician to my home for repairing my Tv which is in *year panel warranty.
But the service center without informing me updated the complain that the customer is not ready to pay repair cost.
Even though they did not visit my place.
