Hi,
I'm a flat owner. My flat is located in South Bangalore. As I'm based overseas, I had signed up with Zenify ltd (now known as Nestaway technologies Pvt Ltd, a Property management company) to take care of my property.
Their service has been horrible after the first year of service. Zenify got acquired by Nestaway Technologies Pvt Ltd. Eversince, their customer service detoriated. In one of the cases, they stopped paying the rent. On sending multiple emails, I got to know that they had issues with the migration process (Zenify to Nestaway) which impacted the way they were processing payments. I had to sent multiple reminders to get this sorted. They eventually paid the rent due. In ****, they stopped paying the rent again without informing anything. On following up, I was told that there was a service charge deduction (* month's rent). They should have informed me proactively before me following up. Currently, they've again stopped paying the rent; this time it's for * months. I was supposed to receive the rents for January (by **th February ****) and February (by **th March ****) but I didn't receive. On following up a couple of times, they said that they had some system issues and that they were looking into it. After that they stopped responding to emails and calls. When I login to their app, it just mentions that the payment has been stopped and asks me to contact them. But no one picks up the call. Recently their call center guys stopped taking the calls. No one's replying to my emails. I even emailed them informing that I'm cancelling their service to which they didn't reply. Kindly advise. As I'm based out of Canada, I'm unable to take any action against them. My house has a home loan against which I'm supposed to make monthly EMI payments. I'm desperately dependent on the rental income. I want a compensation (INR *****) for the delay and also want to terminate the contract with Nestaway Technologies Pvt Ltd at the earliest.
