No Broker - Rent money not credited

Dear mam/sir,
I paid ***** as rent payment on ** Nov and got a message on ** Nov that payment has been credited. But today on ** Dec, still money is not credited into the landlord account. It's pure harrasment by no broker going on. Despite writing multiple mails, there is no response from them expect that money is transferred. I have lost ***** due to their scam.
