No Broker - No services provided

I registered and paid Rs *****.** for the subject plan on **th February **** . On **th February ****, I was notified that Aneem would be my Relationship Manager. I was not contacted by Aneem despite my repeated calls to her on the specified number . Everytime , I got a recorded message stating that my phone # was registered and there would be a call back and there was no call back.

I managed to connect with Abhilash after repeated calls and I was assured that Avantika from the Mumbai office would call and resolve the issue. I was called by Avantika and on *th March **** , I received an email stating that a new Relationship Manager has been assigned by the name of Francina. Regrettably, I was not contacted by Francina and my repeated calls to her met with a record message stating that my phone # was registered and there would be a call back but there was no call back.

I received an email on **th March **** stating that my account was closed due to no response. In response to my email as to how my account could be closed without any contact , I was informed that the account is active and that the Relationship Manager would connect with me. Again on **th March **** I received an email stating that my account was closed due to no response. In response to my email as to how my account could be closed without any contact, I received an acknowledgement by e-mail and no further response.

I again managed to speak to Abhilash on **th March **** and insisted that the amount paid be refunded in the absence of any contact. He assured me that the matter is escalated to his seniors and that he would call me back the following day which he never did.

On **th March ****, I managed to speak to Avantika and she expressed her helplessness and that she would escalate the matter to her seniors. She also informed me that Francina was a Chennai based RM which was surprising because my requirements are in Mumbai.

Todate , I have had no contact with anyone from No Broker. Today , I managed to speak to Unaiza of Customer Support on ***-******** who assured me that someone will contact me today but no one has contacted me till now.

I am extremely disappointed with the manner in which No Broker has handled my relationship and I am led to believe that this is an attempt to fraud as the fees were paid on the assurance that I would have a dedicated Relationship Manager who would show me no less than ** potential properties to lease. Not a single property has been shown to me till date and no one from your relationship team has contacted me.

I expect the fees of Rs *****.** paid by me to be refunded in full without any further failing which it is my intention to escalate this matter to the consumer protection body with an ask that I be compensated for the stress and inconvenience caused to me in addition to the fees paid being refunded in full,
