No Broker - Renovation refund

I booked reno with no broker for my *bhk house, they the team which was appointed to us was pathetic and we are not interested to do any work from no broker.We have paid **k rupees to no broker as initial amount which we need it back as we have not done any work.After so many follow up still we have not received our money..dont eat money of innocent people..if work not done must return money back to customer.
