Shiprocket has blocked my cod remittance from ** days and i have ***** in my pending cod whuch is unable to initiate bcz of blocked remittance.i had shipped *** orders in ** days and * customer conplained about the product and that too is returned and money is given bck to customer that's ok but not even once shiprocket cross checked me or informed me they jst blocked my remittance and now they are not giving any answer . when u ship large numbr of orders cstmr complaints but you must cross check or block my account so tht i cnt process any order .who are they to block my hard earned money even if the prdct and money is returned?can any one helpp its a big amount . please help or i will die . already lockdown is going down .i am small sellr who sell products through social media.plzz help or its a last fr me . shiprocket the worst aggregator.plz help god
