I'm having floater mediclaim policy of Reliance general insurance company limited valid from **/*/** to **/*/**. My daughter Disha was suffering from fever so I went to doctor nearby my home. Doctor made blood test and confirmed that disha is suffering from Typhoid fever after blood report. Doctor suggested us to admit her in hospital. And we admitted disha in EKDANT hospital virar west on **/*/**. After treatment discharged on **/*/**. Hospital bill was Rs *****/- paid cash by myself submitted to Reliance general insurance company limited for reimbursement but they rejected my claim of Rs *****/-
I have applied Reliance general insurance company limited * to * times for claim reopen and also visited in their office in Goregaon east but there is no result of that.
