Our issue is that how a insurance company (Reliance General Insurance)on its own whims and fancies, can change the basic nature of the policy and incorporate such a heavy CO-PAY of **% without taking a written consent from the insured and that too after * years of continuous premium payment.
Now , we are trapped by this policy and can not change it to any other insurance company, as our age is not allowing us". Kindly help.
