Physics Wallah - Registration unsuccessful Service was not provided as committed and refund was unsatisfactory

My son was registered in PW Newtown Vidyapeeth Kolkata on *th March ****. During Registration, we have chosen the Semi-Weekend batch as a preferable option but it was said by their counselor that we can later change that to Weekend If we want to by mailing her. Due to some circumstances, we wanted to change it Weekend so as said we mailed it to Miss Nishani Dutta one of their student counselors at Newtown Branch on *th March.
From *th March **** to *th April **** your representatives used to call several times, more or there was every day a call from PhysicsWallah for the payment of *st Instalment.
We visited the Physics Wallah Kolkata Newtown Vidyapeeth on *th April **** for making the payment of the *st installment at that time also from their payment collection desk a representative confirmed the Batch Change she assured us that the proper batch will be given as selected by us through email.
Till the date of Orientation **th April **** at *:** p.m. the batch was not provided to the student. While sitting in the orientation room the student checked his mobile application (PhysicsWallah App.) there he saw a batch (Vidyapeeth **-AJ***EA) but till then no batch was intimated to him through SMS. He was not sure about the batch so he asked the representative with the given batch number which batch it was and he replied it is the weekend so he found nothing wrong and came home. That day he also got to know that Semi Weekend Batch is removed from that center due to a lack of students.
**th April **** when he went for his *st-day class he was unaware of the room number he asked the representative at the front desk by saying his Batch number and the representative said that it is a Weekday batch. My son then told him his problem and he was said to do the class on that day in a weekend batch and adjust with them. He is a child so couldn’t figure out and followed the process but that day class couldn’t happen due to some fire breaking out at the institute.
The next Day he went there to resolve the problem as we were trying to adjust. He was asked to submit an application and sit in the class he did follow the process but nothing did any help and throughout the week he didn’t get his batch either on a semi-weekend or on a weekend. The only thing he got was the Weekday Batch access which was of no use.
**th and **rd both days he went and asked for the batch change and your staff could not help.
Therefore, in this messed up situation I decided not to continue with Physics Wallah anymore as they couldn’t provide the service as committed. So, I mailed them for a complete refund of money as they couldn’t work according to their commitment. Several times they called saying this and that. They called to know how the student’s study was going even though we raised a refund claim. There were some heated conversations over the phone with them.
Then finally got a refund on **th May **** the amount was ***** INR but we paid a total of ***** INR which consists of ***** INR registration fees + **** INR for study material + ***** INR for tuition and technology.
They took the registration fees but the registration process wasn’t completed and they claim that it is non-refundable. Same with Study Material which is not completely provided only a few items were given. The tuition and technology fee which they returned partially was also inappropriate because they provided with wrong batch, and inappropriate batch support in the app also.
