Physics Wallah - Not got the refund amount or exchange of batch

I was a student of Physics wallah. I purchased a course named Yakeen bharath *.* **** on June **th. The course duration was for * year dated ** may **** to * year. But they discontinued the batch within * month on **rd june. They did not even refunded the money nor they shifted my batch (course) to other. When I contacted the helpline number of Physics wallah they told to fill the form which they have sent to email. I filled the form on *rd of July. But no one had contacted me from their side still and my money has not been refunded still. I even contacted them again they told to wait for ** hours but no one contacted me even after * weeks.l even mailed them that I will be filing a complaint against them but they again told to wait ** hours still they didn't contacted me.the amount which I have paid was Rs. ****. Please take a action against Physics wallah.
