Physics Wallah - Complaint Against PW Skills for Misselling Course and Not Providing Refund

I am writing this complaint against PW Skills for cheating and false promises regarding the course I purchased.

I purchased the Full Stack Development course from PW Skills on **th November **** through EMI, as I come from a middle-class family and manage all household expenses by working myself. I took this course to build my skills and enter the IT industry.

However, I was cheated by their sales counselor. I was promised that I would be enrolled in the latest Hindi batch, but instead, they enrolled me in an English batch. When I complained, they shifted me to a Hinglish batch, but that batch was already about to end.

Since then, I have been regularly following up with them and requesting either a refund or to be given the correct course, but they have not responded properly or provided any solution. I have not been able to study anything from this course till now, and their content is also very unclear and hard to understand.

They are misguiding many students by making false promises, selling the wrong courses, and not providing proper service or support after the payment is done.

I kindly request to take immediate action and help me get my full refund from PW Skills. I am also ready to provide any further details or proofs if needed.
