My friend bought me a shirt from celio which I didn’t liked so I exchanged it with a trouser as the exchange duration was over and there was no new collection which I liked. So I had no choice left and I bought a trouser in exchange.
But I didn’t liked the fitting so I went to exchange it with some new collections. But the store manager denied the exchange saying that I cannot exchange twice.
The trouser is still unused and the labels are intact, it was my compulsion to buy that trouser earlier due to limited stock and the exchange due date.
I would request you to please provide an exchange for the trouser.
