Dear sir
I booked a room in AGRA at **-**-**** with oyo application by **********.
Hotel named ZAKI HS was listed in safest hotel . Deduction was done online but when I went to the location of hotel . There was no such rooms & hotel . I called to both hotel owner & oyo but no response was given .
At last I had to cancel the room but they didn't refund my money .
This was a total NEGLIGENCE & UNPROFESSIONAL manner with fraud activity
I want my total money refund & assurance from. Oyo to not repeat this fraudulent behaviour again
