Dunzo - Regarding refund for dunzo order

Yesterday on * Feb I have placed order on dunzo.money has been debited from my Google pay account but order not placed on dunzo app.and there is no any information regarding on dunzo app about failing of order.there is one option for support on dunzo app.i have used that but in that support chat i am not able to go forward in that chat as there is one option displayed there as 'select transaction details ' I have tried with entering of transaction ID but every time they are showing same message - select transaction details.i am very disappointed.please help me
