Incident:
On [Date], I visited Lonavala and was approached by two salespersons near McDonald's. They offered me a gift voucher and a scratch card with a gift worth XXX amount. I was asked to visit XYZ Resort, where Chetan Poojari (+** **********) and his manager DB Chand (+** **********) presented a misleading sales pitch.
I was misled into purchasing a membership worth ₹**,*** with Royal Moonlight Resorts, with promises of stays at *-star hotels worldwide for free, plus minimal tax. However, upon discovering online reviews indicating this was a scam, I contacted Chetan Poojari and DB Chand to request a refund. They refused and stopped responding to calls.
