This is in reference to black treggings purchased from M&S Jalandhar Outlet, Dated :- **th May.**** from Registered Contact - **********.
After *-* normal hand washes the product's colour has faded badly, secondly the interlocking threads have started coming out too in * months. The garment has started giving an old shabby look in just * months.
I have walked into this store with the same complaint. The store person has denied this saying, it's enough for * months and I cannot do anything about it, adding that it has been misused by us.
Being a regular buyer from M&S, we haven't faced any complaint of quality issues at least from M&S since I have used other jeggings, treggings, denims & other topwears that too from long.
The question arises why only this product had issues ?
Attaching the pictures of the same for your reference, kindly investigate the same and help me with a proper resolution at the earliest.
