Marks And Spencer Reliance India Private Limited - After filling consumer grievance Mark and Spencer didn t refund and close the case

Hi Sir, Actually I have bought * product of rupees **** in June * **** from the Mark and spencer store (DLF Cyber City, DLF Phase *, Sector **, Gurugram, Haryana ******). As this product is not fit properly to me, I went to the store for refund. I have gone to the Mark and spencer store at Ambience mall Gurgaon for returning it. There I got the refund receipt on July * ****. The manager of the outlet assured me that your refund will be processed in * days. From that date till today (it has been near completion of * months) I have not received my due refund. In the middle of this period, I visited the outlet several times to know my refund status but every time I got false assurance. Also, I have provided my bank account details to the manager for speeding up the refund process. So you can imagine from this situation that what mental agony through which I have gone. After completely remained in a hapless situation I decided to put a complaint against manager and Mark and Spencer India to get my due refund and a reasonable amount of compensation from Mark and spencer India for putting me in such an agony for last * months and demand strong action against the manager. I believe that our consumer court will upheld it's respect in this situation. I have attached the refund receipt on July * and bank transaction details of the date of buying the product June *.
