I placed Order No : ********** on **thJuly **** for * items with expected delivery date provided as *th August. After multiple follow ups over email and call, I finally got an update that * items were cancelled and refund of ****.** has been processed and will be credited within * working days. This was on *th August. I have been checking my account regularly and also following up, however I have not received the refund till now. I have also asked for the transaction ID so I can check with my bank but nothing has been shared with me.
