ANKIT PRAKASH filed complaint against mivi collar classic neckband on Nov 3, 2021
As I bought the neckband from flipkart. But after using it for *-* months mic started not working properly. Then I claim my warranty for the product. The product came after repair the also the issue was there so the neckband was against sent to service center. Now on ** October **** when I recieved my neckband again. It was having a issue in its earplug which was not there earlier. It was completely not working and the mic was also having issue. I mailed to mivi customer support several times but they are not replying to my mails.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
