I claimed warranty **th May ****. They picked up the product on *st June **** and reached destination on *th June ****. After **days of continuous followup on **th June **** they replied product has been repaired and wille be shipped within **hours. Today is **th June **** till now No sign of product. I contacted them through emails and twitter but I got nothing. They are responding to mails, phone calls and tweets. They have no value for customer service.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
