My earphone was not working so i emailed Mivi about this. After ** days I got response back and i deliver my product via Bluedart. The package reached the Mivi hub but i didn't get any message from Mivi. I emailed *** times but still no response from their side. Its already * weeks since my product reached the Mivi headquarter at Hyderabad. I want my repaired product within * week or i want my ***rs to be refunded.
