LAXMI HOLIDAYS - REGARDING MISBEHAVING AND PHYSICAL ASSAULTING FROM LAXMI HOLIDAYS CONDUCTOR

I have made a reservation for my bus tickets from Manali to Delhi ISBT Through Make my Trip Via LAXMI HOLIDAYS. My family, consisting of six people including my wife, mother, grandmother, and siblings, accompanied me. Upon reaching the pickup spot and contacting the driver, he refused to come to the designated location. Despite explaining that we had our elderly grandmother with us and it would take some time to reach the requested location, he rudely replied that they would not wait for us. Eventually, I managed to reach their location. However, upon arrival, the bus conductor, along with his friends, behaved inappropriately towards me and my family, even resorting to physical harassment. The conductor, named Nikku, and his friends were intoxicated and engaged in aggressive behavior towards us. My grandmother began to cry, and it was only with the help of some locals that we were able to resolve the situation, all while the bus driver stood by without offering any assistance. As the bus journey commenced, the conductor Nikku and the bus driver continued to argue with us. The journey began, but the bus made unnecessary stops *-* times to pick up couriers that were not part of the scheduled journey. Eventually, the bus broke down at a fuel station in Chandigarh, leaving us stranded on the road for around * hours without access to proper facilities or amenities. When I contacted customer care, they also failed to respond adequately. I strongly advise against booking with LAXMI HOLIDAYS if you are traveling with your family.
