I am travelling with my family from Delhi to Katra on **th Nov ****, bus AR**W **** of Laxmi Holidays. While traveling we found driver drives reckless driving. We requested him to drive# properly as we are not feeling safe, than he started fighting with us and don't listen to us.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
