Laxmi Holidays - Cheated the passenger by not picking on time

I have purchased the laxmi holiday bus service ticket from Kullu to New Delhi on *th of June ,**** bus arriving time mentioned on ticket is *.** pm . At the evening we were exactly reached the picking point at *.** pm , no bus has picked us from the point after hours we directly went to the booking office to know the situation of our bus , when it will be arriving but the office person has told us that the bus has left the pickup point , the question is if the bus left the pickup point then why the didnot picked us ????? Now the office staff is telling us to book the another bus tickets fom them at another time which is **.**pm n mentioning us to pay for that ticket too . Isn’t is unfare ?? They intentionally doing those thing to earn the money at seasonal days by not picking the passenger n deny later on by saying they have waited for us n later they sells the booked passengers seats to other person n enjoy the money which they gets ..
