First Cry - Regarding First Cry Delivery kids cloths delivery

I have ordered the cloths for for * years old kId Anvit but parcel has not received through delivery partner named express bee and First cry online site showing me that parcel has been delivered. its been almost * days there is no solution on queries raised or appropriate action was not taken by parent company.
