- Regarding cancellation of my order Closed

I have purchased product of BYJUS on ** March **** and physically product received on ** March ****. After received the product my dougther was not satisfied with the product and after few days {** March ****} I have raised complaint to BYJUS counselor by text message for cancellation my order. After that I'm trying to cancel my order but counselor is saying that contact to mentor for cancellation your order and mentor saying that same think to contact your counselor.
Today both are saying that your cancellation period is over this can't be cancelled.
I'm trying to cancel my order but getting no response from mentor and counselor.
Need your help to solve this problem.
