Flipkart - Refusing to deliver the package

Greetings! I am writing you this email with utmost disgust, sheer disappointment, and innumerable stress.
I placed this order on *th October ****
Order ID - OD******************
Product - SAMSUNG Galaxy F** *G (B.A.E. Purple), *** GB capacity

I was supposed to receive it on *th October ****, but till now It is never been delivered, I just keep on receiving the messages and that is it, none happens further, I had to call the delivery agents several times, and If I call they tell some miscellaneous non-sensible reasons for more than a couple of times yet don't deliver and I get frustrated by their replies. and they will not deliver it even though it is OUT FOR DELIVERY, I never got the product delivered, even though, it is in the nearest hub for delivery! I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY. Also paying the money with interest in EMIs

Out of annoyance, I again tried with customer support, yet the same continued, with no proper genuine response also the calls were frequently disrupted while I was having a conversation, saying it would be resolved by **th October, and later on extending till **th without my consent or approval, While the package was at the delivery centre, Why?

Then I realised that there is some sort of scam might have happened and that is the reason that these people are not being truthful, Where are the Telephone etiquette or work ethics or Professionalism or accountability transparency or honesty mannerisms or even the slightest feeling that we are dealing with humans and emotions?

When you people gave a Rs *** /- coupon just like that and cancelled the delivery charge too, Only then, was it truly evident and you proved yourself by bribing In the name of goodwill! and confessed that yes, there is some SCAM that has happened and to cover the track, you are making me wait and delaying it for almost * STRAIGHT DAYS!
