Hitesh Mohnot filed complaint against Sterling Holiday Resorts (India) Limited on May 2, 2020
I purchased the sterling holidays policy on */**/**** with a initial payment of ***** and and other payments as emi option and their agent named Rahul Agarwal and their rajasthan head named mr jayant singh promised me that my next payment of the emi will be done after may only once I have visited any of their resorts and then if I like their services then only I will be continuing with the policy and both of their agents agreed to my terms and said that if I don't like the policy I can cancel the policy anytime till june and will be deducted with a maximum amount of ***** and he made me sign on their terms and when I said what about written papers on what they are agreeing to my terms,so they said I will not be needing any written document to cancel my membership,now due to global pandemic CORONAVIRUS,I can't go to any of their resorts and now when I want them to cancel my membership they are continuing sending ecs to my bank account and I have to pay the cancellation charges and they are clearing saying I can't cancel my membership and I will not be getting any refund and now they are saying that if I don't have it in written they will not talk to me,now what can I do
