Sterling Holiday Resorts (India) Limited - Sterling Membership cancellation refund money

Membership is cancelled on **th Jan **** and as per the terms by Sterling, money to be refunded back in ** working days. But till now money is not refunded. Every month Manas from finance department calls me and says that by next month, money will be refunded. But this never happened till now i.e. * months from cancellation. Every time a new commitment is given and they don't keep their commitments. For online transaction, they say they need * month which actually happens in a day.
For returning my money, why do they need soo much time?
Expecting a better response by refunding the money in a week time.
