Sterling Holiday Resorts (India) Limited - Not refunding my.money

I paid ***** rs by credit card &***** by cheque of HDFC bank for Sterling Holidays pvt ltd.but i told n written on cheque inform me before submitting cheque.
Before submitting cheque i informed company exicutive that im not ready to join your company.so dont submit cheque,still they presented cheque n withdrawn money from my savings account.
I called him.he said dont worry will refund in * days its almost ** days.only his company people call me n offer me to go on holidays.its not ethical.
So please help me.or suggest.me what should i do
