Booked ticket through goibibo with PNR-NZTYZB on February ** for ₹*****. The flight was operated by Emirates and date of travel was **/**/**. The flight got cancelled due to restrictions due to covid restrictions. When asked for refund goibibo refused to provide it and gave an option to reschedule before a deadline **/**/**. I since had no other option resheduled the ticket with PNR Q**MRW for **/**/**, the price of the ticket shown while booking was ₹*****. I already has paid₹***** for my earlier ticket and was supposed to pay the difference of ₹**** but goibibo charged me ₹*****. When complained about the issue to goibibo thet simply mocked and refused any redressal.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
